The rooms were comfy. the staff was lovely. Convenient location near the shops of Chatel and ski lift with a ski bus stop outside. the venue met our needs well.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, had a multi-channel TV, a study table, and a hairdryer. The bathroom was nice sized, it was nice to have a bathtub. The staff were amazing friendly and very amiable and provided help. The location was comfortable and unbeatable and I could use free parking outside. It was so close to Chuy's, where you can have dinner.

This place is in a perfect location, very close to the ski lift with a ski bus stop right outside, near bars, shops, and easy to get to, and the friendly staff was a nice touch.

Lovely decor, great facilities, clean, great storage space for ski equipment. Convenient shuttle bus to Chatel.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The facilities were great. The cleanliness was excellent, and I love that there was enough storage space for my ski equipment and shoes. I also appreciated the hotel staff's warm reception and their excellent service.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a blast! Really loved how close it was to the ski station and the shuttle bus just across the road was super convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food and the decor really put us in the holiday spirit. The view from the balcony was stunning and we enjoyed watching the snowfall while sipping hot cocoa.
There were a few negative aspects of the hotel. The room was quite small and the bathroom was crowded.

The hotel was in a convenient spot and easy to find. the lobby had nice decorations that made me feel in a festive mood. the beds were comfortable.
I wouldn't recommend staying here. the facilities were either outdated or non-functional.
